Top 10 Healthy Restaurants
in Madrid, Spain

by @tastyride

Madrid, the healthy food wave has arrived! This great city could not be left behind by healthy trend. It has become a city where you can not only exercise outdoors, walk through the emblematic ‘El Retiro’ park and walk through its cosy streets but now you can also enjoy healthy meals in different parts of the city. The following is a list where I share some of my favourite places to eat the "tastyride" way without having to compromise your healthy routine and stay active.

1. Tasty Market

A small place with a cozy lounge in which you can find specialty coffee, smoothies and delicious sweets without refined sugar or milk; located in Recoletos street just 2 minutes away from the emblematic ‘Puerta de Alcalá’. They also offer an extensive menu with a variety of healthy food. From breakfasts like arepas, toasts and oatmeal waffles, to creating your own bowl or burrito for any meal of the day. The ideal place if you want to eat delicious and healthy at the same time. If you visit Tasty Market, you have to try the 'Tasty Arepa' filled with Reina Pepiada (a mix of shredded chicken and avocado).
